Staying Power, LLC is a licensed insurance agency located at 301 E Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74120. We also receive information from insurance companies about the status of applications you submit through us.

• (a) with insurance companies and insurance brokerages, to process an application you ask us to submit and to service your policy;
• (b) with companies that provide services to us, such as scheduling, customer-relationship, and email providers, under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing those services;
• (c) with partner licensed insurance agencies that work with us, so that their licensed agents can contact you about long-term care insurance and other insurance products, unless you tell us not to; and
• (d) as required or permitted by law, including to regulators and in response to legal process.

Health information

We do not disclose information about your health for unrelated marketing. We disclose quiz responses that constitute health information only as permitted by law or under a written authorization that identifies the information, recipients, purpose, and permitted uses.

Your choice to limit sharing

You may tell us not to share your information with our partner agencies by checking the box on our quiz, by emailing info@stayingpower.co, by calling 918-212-4661, or by using the form at our opt-out page. If you opt out before you submit your information, we will not share it. If you opt out later, we will stop sharing within 30 days and will ask our partner to stop contacting you. Your choice applies until you tell us otherwise.

Former customers

If you stop doing business with us, we will continue to handle your information as described in this notice.

How we protect information

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information, and we limit access to those who need it to serve you.
